Hi there, this is Settemmezzo.
I want to intoduce myself with my latest illustration and share with you my illustration process. This three images shows you the basical steps of my work:
Step 1; Scan and tones adjustment: once i got finished inks, i scan the physical drawings in order to adjust lines and balance black and with tonality.
Step 2; greys: once you're drawing is ready, let's start to put some greys. Greys way important than colour; they give volume and define shapes and light of the picture.
Step 3; colours and landscape: once the volumes are defined, the picture is readt to be colored.
